The Anniston Water Works and Sewer Board offers customers various ways to receive and pay their bills.

Customers can now choose between having their bills mailed with return envelopes for easy mail payment or delivered to them online to an e-mail address of their choosing.  To sign up for e-billing click here.

 


Bank Draft Bill Pay Saves You:  Time, Postage and Fees

Unless you're one of those people who enjoys paying bills, our Bank Draft Plan takes the hassle out of paying your monthly bill.

Eliminate check writing and postage!  Your monthly water and sewer charges will be automatically deducted from a bank account designated by you.

It's safe, secure and convenient.

All you need to do is fill out the Bank Draft form and bring or mail it to our office along with a voided check on the account you want to use to pay your water bill.

Information to Consider before Making an Online Bill Payment

If your water and sewer services have been disconnected or are due to be disconnected, please call Customer Service first to obtain the total amount of charges due and to schedule re-connection of your services.  Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, CST.  You may reach Customer Service at 256-241-2000.

LATE FEES (Effective December 1, 2007)

Will be calculated at 15% on balances that are 25 days Past Due.  A minimum Late Fee of $2.00 will be applied.  If you have any questions please call Customer Service at 256-241-2000.
